The Women’s Fund: Celebrating 12 years of supporting women-focused agencies

The annual Grant Awards Celebration “Empowering Women and Girls in CNY” is hosted by The Women’s Fund of Central New York and is an opportunity to honor organizations that empower women while providing them with the chance to meet and connect.

“There’s always a lot of energy and excitement around that,” Vice Chair of the Fund’s Governance Council Diana Gerrish said.

Since 2001, the Fund has awarded a total of 58 grants and contributed $114,720 to non-profit organizations seeking to enrich the lives of women and girls. This year’s recipients will be recognized on April 17 during a catered celebration at Drumlins Country Club.  Read the rest of this entry →
